How to order by mail-in form

Please print out our order form and fax to our toll-free number listed on the form. Upon form receipt, we will send an email to confirm your contact information and order, so please include a valid email on your form. Upon confirmation and payment, your order will be processed.

Delivery time

Due to the overwhelming demand for our exquisite beads our in-stock inventory levels have been depleted. Our artisans are doing their best to increase production of our beautiful handmade beads. In addition, we do not back order and ship all orders complete. Current delivery times are between 8 to 20 business days based on payment method/check clearance, in-stock inventory, and shipping method. Our per gram prices include regular ground shipping. Remember, all products are shipped direct from the hill tribe in Thailand to our HQ in Massachusetts as we engage no middlemen.

Payment methods

Silver Beads USA currently excepts check or money orders as payment when you use the mail-in form. Online payment via credit card is accepted when you purchace beads through the shopping cart system on our catalog.
